Our aspiration is to construct reliable and low-maintenance gas analysis devices which are easy to use. Our bio-gas controllers are optimised for the measurement of sewage gas and bio-gas. We will be introducing other applications in the coming months. We use a unique measuring procedure on the basis of a thermal conductivity sensor in combination with an oxygen sensor. This makes our devices superior with regard to accuracy, reliability and low maintenance costs. Our oxygen sensor is resistant to carbon dioxide, and our hydrogen sulphide sensor does not have any cross-sensitivity to hydrogen.
The methane (CH4) to carbon dioxide (CO2) mixing ratio provides information about how effective the fermentation process is operating. The exact analysis of the gas proportions is therefore very important for optimising the fermentation process. Hydrogen sulphide damages the combined heat and power plants in which you convert the bio-gas into electricity. Monitor the H2S content in both the raw gas upstream of the filter and also in the pure gas downstream of the filter. You monitor the O2 content using the oxygen sensor. Too much oxygen reduces the energy output, but biological sulphur removal and activated charcoal filters require a minimum concentration of oxygen in the bio-gas.
The successor model of the BC20 is our current standard device. It has 2 measurement inputs and Cebro for remote maintenance and comprehensive diagnostic functions for function control. Operation takes place via a large, high-contrast and bright touch display. The menu structure is designed so that all functions can be intuitively called up and controlled.

The BC60 supersedes the BC30 and the BC40, and is specially tailored to the requirements of the industry, but can be used on both agricultural bio-gas systems and municipal waste treatment plants. Remote maintenance via the Internet is possible. Customers can replace defective components such as gas sensors themselves. The BC60 has up to 8 measurement inputs.
